HAB Pharma’s three manufacturing units collectively support the production of oral solids, sterile injectables, and topical and liquid formulations, creating a diverse manufacturing platform across six production blocks. The network covers key processes including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, formulation manufacturing, liquid filling, and blister packing, with capabilities distributed across facilities based on dosage form and production requirements.
Across the three units, HAB Pharma has an annual production capacity of approximately 4.4+ billion units, comprising around 2,000+ million tablets, 1,850+ million capsules, 510+ million units of ointment and external preparations, 22+ million drops, and 7+ million injections. Together, these capabilities provide an integrated manufacturing base serving both domestic and international markets.
All three facilities operate under a shared quality management framework rather than site-specific standards. In-process checks are built into each stage of production, granulation, compression, coating and filling, so deviations are caught at the point they occur rather than only at final release. Batch release itself is gated on documented inspection at every one of those stages, which keeps the release decision consistent regardless of which block or unit produced the batch.
All three units hold WHO-GMP and ISO 9001:2015 status, the baseline regulatory position across the network. Unit 2 is additionally pursuing CE marking, specifically for its nasal, ophthalmic, medical device and wound dressing lines, which would extend the network's regulatory reach into markets that require CE-marked medical devices alongside conventional pharmaceutical registrations. No USFDA or EU-GMP certification currently applies to the facilities described here.
Running a shared quality standard across three units, rather than a separate standard per site, has let HAB Pharma support repeat regulatory and customer audits without needing site-specific rework each time an auditor visits a different block. That consistency underpins the group's export reach into South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, where customers and regulators alike expect the same documented process discipline whichever HAB Pharma facility a given batch was produced at.
Whether you’re evaluating HAB Pharma for contract manufacturing, checking available capacity for a specific dosage form, confirming certification for a regulated market, or simply want to see a plant in person, the facilities team can walk you through site-specific detail that isn’t captured in this overview, current line utilisation, lead times, and product-fit for your formulation.
